MY BELIEFS AND WHY

As a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker since the mid-1990s, my foundation has always been built on integrity, faith, and a genuine commitment to serving the best interests of the people I represent. To me, there has never been a separation between my personal values and professional life.

Over the years, I observed that many Sellers and Buyers were looking for greater flexibility, more choices, and a real estate experience tailored to their individual needs and goals. That belief was reinforced when the National Association of Realtors (NAR) agreed to a $418 million settlement and implemented significant rule changes to resolve antitrust lawsuits challenging longstanding industry compensation practices. These changes align with what I have believed all along: Sellers and Buyers deserve to retain strong professional representation while receiving greater flexibility, more choices, and a real estate experience tailored to their unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

I knew there had to be a better way. Through years of experience, strategic development, and collaboration with innovative business minds, I created and formalized a more flexible and personalized real estate model designed around the people it serves.

Simply put, this business was created with one purpose in mind: YOU.

MY CAREER

I spent the majority of my career, beginning in the mid-1990s, selling luxury and general real estate throughout Southeast Florida, from West Palm Beach to Stuart, while raising my family. About 15 years ago, I relocated to the Panhandle area, where I specialized in luxury condominiums, waterfront homes, and vacation investment properties.

More recently, my husband and I made Gulf Breeze our home, and we absolutely love the lifestyle, beauty, and sense of community this area offers. I am excited to bring my decades of experience, concierge-level service, and client-first philosophy to the Gulf Breeze and Pensacola market while maintaining my connections from here into Santa Rosa Beach and 30A.
